Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Sales Superstar to join our Client's vibrant team located in McGregor, MN. Successful candidates are enthusiastic and results-driven, ready to join a motivated team, and make waves in the retail industry. If you have a sales aptitude and a passion for outdoor recreational equipment, we want YOU to be a part of this exciting journey!

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Wage: $19/hour - $25/hour (based on skills and experience)

What You'll Do:

• Sales Magic: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend products that best suit their requirements.
• Knowledge is Power: Provide customers with expert guidance and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product offerings including features, benefits, and technical specifications
• Fantastic Focus: Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting company goals through strategic sales initiatives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance reputation. Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

• Extensive sales experience
• Passion for outdoor recreation and familiarity with boats, powersports, trailers, docks, and lifts is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate.
• High school diploma required; additional education or certification is a bonus.
